Bankruptcy Filing

On December 11, 2022, in Wilmington, Delaware, Clovis Oncology, Inc. (“the Company”) voluntarily filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The Company is aiming to sell substantially all of its assets under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Following any sale of assets, there will be an orderly wind-down of any legacy assets and liabilities that were not transferred or sold as part of the 363 sale process.
